In order to build a virtuous society under the current conditions of the country, the humanitarian human rights organization was established by Mr. Mara Sri Dadellage of Papiliana Mawatha, on the 15th of July 2019, at the 10th lane of No 43/43, which involves the leaders of all religions. This organization is a voluntary social service organization. As a non-governmental organization, the Ministry of Public Security of Sri Lanka was registered in the National Secretariat as a non-governmental organization. According to the constitution, the organization can only be a member of Sri Lankan citizens. According to the constitution, it operates according to the laws and regulations of the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka. An organization dedicated to safeguarding the rights of all nations.It is further explained that through the humanitarian human rights organization, political rights, economic society and cultural rights, children’s rights, women’s rights, the rights of people with various needs, the rights of immigrants, and the rights to be free from persecution are confirmed to the Sri Lankan people through humanitarian human rights organizations

The aim of our organization is to raise awareness on human rights, human duties and responsibilities and to create a law-abiding society in order to save the society that is disappearing today.
The name of our philanthropic human rights organization is the Human Rights Organization affiliated to Samara Sri Dhadalla’s Cultural Welfare Arts Association.

All those who join our philanthropic human rights organization are required to fill and submit a proper application form, which will be elected by the honorable chairman and the main board of directors.
